Aging males working with young children

I am an employee at a developmental day center and have worked with preschool age children for 16 years. I started as a teaching assistant and am now a pediatric physical therapist assistant at the center. I have recently begun to feel less enthusiastic with my job and discouraged with working with young children. Some of this is related to the isolation as a male and the fact that I am 38 and most of the teachers here are only in their 20's. Basically more and more like an old man in a building with fresh out of school women. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to deal with these feelings and is their anyone who has worked for a long period of time with preschoolers who can relate to my situation or am I the only one out there.
