MenTeach has been talking with Discovery Channel and it turns out they are changing their focus of their documentary from men in child care to fathers:

We are looking to focus on a group of fathers who meet regularly so that there is a community component to it.  It would be nice if that group had some diversity in all respects, cultures, ages, levels of experience in fatherhood, as well as approaches to fatherhood.  The main thing is that the stay at home fathers need to be outgoing and comfortable in front of the camera.  It doesn’t matter if they have any experience whatsoever on camera.

Anyone else in your network who feels that they fit this profile and are interested in being considered should send me:

1. A few photos of themselves.  Those interested should be between 30-50 years old.
2. A bio including their level of experience as fathers.  Also, their level of involvement in the stay at home father community.
3. Links to any footage of them are great!  It doesn’t matter if they are home videos, we want to see it all.

Should anyone have any questions whatsoever please feel free to contact me either via phone or email.

Thank you,

Clayton Jones
