I am designing a summer workshop.
The working title is “Supporting Males in Schools: Students, Teachers/Administrators, Fathers.”
The workshop will be over a period of days for a total of 11 clock hours plus an assignment; resulting in a one hour college credit. I want to know if anyone has some ideas about specific assignments that would be USEFUL to the participants.
I will be inviting the undergraduate men who spoke at NAEYC in DC, we will evaluate children’s literature, textbooks, etc. I will be able to think of activities and discussion topics but I want the content to be meaningful; so, I am asking here.
